We Can Help!
People taking on the role of family caregiver quickly find out there is so much to know and consider. Whether you are planning ahead, or already knee-deep in a crisis, we can help you avoid the frustration of trying to figure everything out on your own.
We find people are better able to cope, and more apt to act, when they understand the issues with which they are dealing. Our focus is on providing ‘action oriented educational resources ’ offering practical guidance on caring for aging or ill family members.
Based on the input and experiences of thousands of caregivers who have been down the road before, we provide practical knowledge, perspectives, tools and tips that you can immediately apply to your caregiving experience.

Making Sense of Your Situation
Our unique 'Big Picture' or puzzle piece approach helps caregivers understand and address the common issues and struggles they are likely to face as loved ones age or otherwise become incapacitated.
It can be helpful for people to look at aging and caregiving as a process, as opposed to an event. There is a natural tendency of many caregivers is to focus on the event or ‘issue at hand’. Doing so often gives people a false sense of security. People often think that once they solve the immediate issue, they are done. They may not realize the next challenge could be moments or months away. As a result of not understanding how the four pieces of the puzzle are interrelated, people often get blindsided by unexpected issues.

"I thought with my healthcare background I was prepared to work through the decisions that we face now. HA! I am so thankful for your Caregiver Resource Guide because it answers all my questions, and then some I never thought of. I am not by nature an outspoken person, but I feel now that I have the tools to be bold on behalf of my mother-in-law and her best interests. Thank you!"
